Career mode difficulty keeps getting reset

Ai difficulty keeps getting changed to professional or Legendary and game length to 4 mins. Now I have to manually change the difficulty and match length before every game to 6 min halves and ultimate.

1 time I even changed it right before the game then it felt shorter and easier and when I finished it and looked at settings it reset to legendary and 4 mins halves.

I am on switch 2 and I haven't seen this be reported by anyone else so it may be an issue with the switch 2 version only.
