Career mode Player status not showing potential

I cant see if a player potential has “potential to be special” or “exciting prospect”. Career mode is done what’s the point of playing if u don’t know what ur signing from youth scouts and u can’t sign players knowing if there’s gonna have a big potential on the team or not. Broke the game for no reason AGAIN!!!
