Clubs bug - Import Avatar

I just loaded Fc25 CLUBS, my avatar is there and i can see him. I load FC26 CLUBS, I get an error message saying No avatar found?

secondary issue - i have no pre-order content, my welcome back packs never came as well as my linked youtube account didnt register that i watched the gameplay reveal. the objectives are unlit, but when i view my youtube watch history i definitely watched the entire 2hr 15m and 53s video live.
