Content missing

I’ve reported an issue for multiple years now, as have others, that consistently gets ignored each game.

I noticed just a few days ago you replied to an ultimate team issue and replied “Hey folks, thanks for flagging this to us. I can imagine that it's quite disrupting during gameplay. Our team is already aware and investigating."

It would be AMAZING if we could be shown the same consideration, even though technically this issue follows Ultimate Team, too.

The issue:

New Boots that are added in the game with squad updates can be seen in Edit Player through the main menu, but are not available on Clubs. There are loads of boots that are all from 2-3 games ago, some even more on Clubs, but many that were introduced in this game are absent. There is also no logical order to the boots by brand or name, either.

Real players are updated with their newest boots reflecting real life, but this is only in the squad update and isn’t reflected in Ultimate Team as it uses one “model” of the player from launch throughout the game. It happens in Career Mode, too, so you will have to update boots manually. I’m not sure why there isn’t one global player, which, when updated, is updated on all game modes. This is how it used to work/works on PES/eFootball for example and makes the game feel fresh and mirror real life accurately. Small details matter.

Boots used to be added in game and they were instantly made available in Clubs which makes the game mode feel up to date and not feel stale so quickly.

Please could you very kindly reply and acknowledge the issue? I’ve reported for 3-4 years now about the very same thing and never receive any response
