Disappearing Pack

I’m quite frustrated because I recently packed a tradeable Aitana Bonmatí on FC 26, but when I checked my club, she wasn’t there. The pack animation clearly showed her as tradeable, yet after the pack opened, she completely disappeared. I checked my club, transfer list, and quick sell recovery — she’s nowhere to be found.

I've never had anything like this happen in all my years of playing or know anything like this happen to anybody else. I wonder if it's just my account glitching, but she's definitely disappeared.
