Diving in objective complete but not giving me the path to pro reward.

I have just completed the diving in objective but I haven’t completed the objective on the path to pro for completing diving on or having received the store pack for completing diving in also on an other note I pre order the game and never received the season one pass for free resulting in my using fifa points to get it and I wish to be compensated or refunded for those points.
