EA FC 26 (Nintendo Switch 2) – Transfer Market Access / Playtime Not Syncing

Hello,
I’m playing EA FC 26 Ultimate Team on Nintendo Switch 2, but my playtime and match activity are not syncing with my EA account.
On the Web App it shows “0 hours played”, even though I’ve played several Ultimate Team matches. Because of this, I’m still getting the message: “This Football Ultimate Team account has not yet earned access.”
My “Share Gameplay Data” setting in the game and on the EA account page is already turned ON, but the playtime still doesn’t appear.
Could you please check if there’s a known issue with Nintendo Switch 2 data syncing, or manually link my playtime so I can gain transfer market access?

  • Same console and same problem, FC26 on my Switch 2 already told me having access on FC 26 Companion, but the access is not recognized on my iOS App. After reading your post i saw that my game is not synced too.

    same exactly, for almost 2 weeks time after i reported the case

  • Same issue here too and not seen it acknowledged by EA anywhere as a know issue with Switch 2 or any fix timeline

    I have the same problem on PS5 version, does not count after 2 games! My market is still locked
