EA Play Pro ICON Player Item Missing

I’m reporting a missing entitlement tied to my EA Play Pro subscription for EA SPORTS FC 26. Despite meeting all redemption requirements and maintaining an active subscription since launch, my EA Play Pro ICON Player Item has not been granted.
I’ve contacted EA Help three separate times. Each representative confirmed that I met all conditions, but every case was closed with no resolution. I was finally told the issue had been “escalated to the developer queue,” yet I have not received any fix or update.
This is not a bug in gameplay — it is a failure to deliver paid content included in the EA Play Pro Edition entitlements.
Clarification Between Editions:
To avoid confusion, I want to emphasize that the Ultimate Edition and EA Play Pro Edition are two distinct products with separate entitlements and reward structures:

EA’s own Game Disclaimers confirm this separation:
“You must redeem your EA SPORTS FC 26 EA Play Pro Edition (‘Product’) to access your EA Play Pro Edition content (one (1) untradeable Ultimate Team ICON Player Item … 6,000 FC Points …).”
Nowhere in the disclaimer does EA state that owning the Ultimate Edition cancels or replaces EA Play Pro rewards. In fact, multiple players have reported receiving One ICON Player Item and both sets of FC Points (for a total of 12,000) when both licenses were properly registered on the same account.
I purchased the Ultimate Edition and subscribed to EA Play Pro — yet I’ve only received the Ultimate Edition rewards so far. I am missing the ICON still!
Steps Taken / Timeline:
Sept 19–20, 2025: Purchased the Ultimate Edition ($100 USD). Later subscribed to EA Play Pro on the EA App (linked to my Xbox account).
Late Sept: Logged into Ultimate Team, Clubs, and Career Mode while connected to EA servers (completed all redemption steps).
Oct: Received 4,000 FC Points total (first two 2,000-point drops). No ICON Player Item granted.
Oct: Contacted EA Help 3×. Each case was closed or redirected to “report a bug.”
Now: Still missing the EA Play Pro ICON Player Item; no compensation, no follow-up, no resolution.
Expected Result:
Receipt of the EA Play Pro ICON Player Item as part of my active subscription.
Actual Result:
ICON Player Item missing. Multiple cases closed without follow-up. No in-game notification or compensation.

Please confirm my account is linked to the ongoing developer investigation for this missing EA Play Pro entitlement.
Verify that both Ultimate Edition and EA Play Pro Edition entitlements are properly registered on my account.
Since this is a paid subscription issue that has persisted for almost a month, I respectfully request goodwill compensation for the delay.
