EA scammed me

I bought 1000 fifa points and bought the holiday cheer pack which guaranteed 30 rare gold player items rated 83 and higher with also 5 guaranteed to be 85 or higher. I ended up getting 19 cards rated below 83 and only 11 cards rated 83 and above.
