EA's response to Switch and Switch 2 users is buggy

Whenever I report a bug or glitch on the Switch, EA is the first to blame the user. Then, when it gets inconvenient, they ignore it. I'd like to know how the game reflects user feedback. If it's only compatible with PC, PS5, and Xbox, they should have announced that Switch was excluded from the start.
