I have been watching the twitch stream for way over an hour now , as I missed it yesterday, and still haven’t got either of the rewards, I know I’ve linked my account as I’ve claimed previous rewards...

You have to bear in mind that the season pass issue is seven months' old and there's no sign of a resolution...
