Edit Teams Tab Worthless

I use to have the exact same problem but for the freeze problem, if you export any squad to the team you want to make changes, that usually helps to unfreeze the position of the players and if you want to save your team sheets and any time you go back to the game and use your same team sheets, first before you exit the game go to the section "profile" and choose the option "save fc 26 profile" (i dont know if that is the correct answer, cause i play the game in spanish) then, after you choose the option to save your profile you can leave the game, when you start the game again, when you get to the menu, before you start playin anything, go again to the section "profile" and then choose the option "upload fc 26 profile" that is  above the save profile option, and now you can play with your team sheets :)
