When I opened a pack on the PS5, a black item appeared. When I try to open it, I get an error.Also, when I open the pack in the Web Companion App, it shows that there is one “unassigned item.”
When I select it, a strange item appears, as shown in the image.When I press the button,
“Server Unavailable”“Sorry, this feature is currently down for maintenance. Please check back later.”is displayed.
Is there a way to fix this?
Anyone’s fixed yet? Mine is still like that, and nothing has been sent by Devs or anyone

Just bought the game after seeing the World Cup feature coming soon and I cant open a **bleep** pack in FUT because of this exact thing. **bleep** it EA, do better.
I have the same issue. Spoke to someone on the EA support team and they said that they have reported it to the gam team. I hope they fix it soon because I can’t open any packs for now.
