Everything is black

When loading a new match everything is appearing in black, that’s players, the pitch, crowd, everything! The team logos at the start appear in grey. The circles around the players appear in red and green, but it is completely unplayable given you cannot see any players, the ball or pitch. We have turned off both player and stadium shadows and it has not fixed the issue. Note this is on the Switch version of FC26.
