Evolution bug‼️‼️

For Christ sakes, this is my 5th week begging for EA representatives to remove this bugged evolution from my rewards store!! [Staff tags removed by CM, please don't do this, it is against the rules EA_Claus]
its enough now we started off calm we asked nicely but you have all ignored us for weeks on end and ignore the severity of this!!!! We have a bugged evo that needs to be cleared from ea we cannot open packs or anything and don’t even want to play the game because of this! @EA fix your game because you are going to lose a big player base with this rubbish now. One week okay, two weeks pushing it but some of us are sitting here for almost 2 weeks with no explanation or fix!!!!
