evolution bug

i have a redeemable evolution from the season pass however every time i attempt to redeem it says ‘there was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. please try again later.’ this has been happening for at least 3 days now and i have plenty of packs in the store that i am unable to open because of this issue.
