Evolution removed Cornerstone Chemistry Buff

I have just completed the Cover Athlete Evolution on the Oscar Trejo Cornerstone card acquired through the objectives. Cornerstone cards are supposed to always receive a +1 to their chemistry to allow easier team building. However I can confirm that, after completing the Evolution, my player has lost that chemistry boost. Either this is unintentional and needs to be fixed or in intended and should be clearly communicated beforehand as there was no mention of this interaction possibly happening.
