Evolutions

Two evolutions I have completed have not been transparent and have been misleading on the player upgrades. As I had submitted both players and although both matched the initial criteria, couldn’t get the upgrade. Not only that, when trying to take one of the players out it made them untradeable and I couldn’t get my coins back. Why make players fit the criteria if they can’t get all of the, if not any of the benefits. Now I have wasted 11800 coins and time talking to the ea chat team who were a very long wait (over an hour) and couldn’t reimburse me the coins or any compensation at all because of a policy? Why make a policy punishing players for a faulty feature. Why have a feature that allows you to submit a player that literally doesn’t benefit from the feature. I paid 10K coins for pogba to receive a +1 on defending just for him not to receive it.
