FC points taken. No pack recevied.

2 days ago I purchased the 'First Choice Player Pick' pack for 100 FC points. The points were removed from my account. I never got the pack.

This pack is only able to purchased once, and it is still showing as available. Meaning the pack was never purchased but the points were taken.

I went on live chat, and they told me to report the bug then come back to them. That's what I'm doing.
