FC26 player vanished from my team

Hi all

Just wondering if anyone else had my issue, i put a gold 80 rated Doku which i paid 3k for a while back to do one of the live events into the answer the call crafting upgrade, half an hour later I went on to play a game and noticed my 90 rated evo Doku (upgraded from the 85 team of the week version had dissappeared) i have searched my club high and low, reset the game, still no sign, I have even tried to evo a newly bought Doku but the system states I cannot upgrade as I already have an active evolution of the same player, but there is no sign of the evolution player anywhere, reported to EA but still under investigation. Playstation 5 version.
