My companion app and Web app is showing all features like the store and sbcs as “feature disabled” ever since I played the trial. Why? I also don’t have any loan player packs

Hi, I cannot see any sbcs or sign players on web app or companion. Everything seems to be locked but was working fine yesterday.

Web app worked fine yesterday, but today is showing features disabled, companion app is the same.
i have played the game on console and it works fine there, must be a bug in the matrix guys!

the objective tab is disabled for me and tried to open from different devices and the problem continues
