Foundations Evolution objective stuck at 0/1 after full completion

I completed the “Foundations – Introduction to Reward Plans” Evolution, including every stage, and claimed all available rewards. However, the objective “Complete a Foundations Evolution” is still showing 0/1.

The requirement to play three Rush matches was only needed to unlock the Evolution, and I completed that requirement as well. The issue is that the game has not registered the fully completed Evolution.

I have already restarted Ultimate Team, restarted the game, and played another match with the evolved player, but the objective is still not updating.
