FREEZE PROBLEM

Hello EA Team,

First of all, my computer system is working perfectly fine and there are no hardware issues. However, when I enter the game, the gameplay feels like it is running in slow motion. It can be described as stuttering or heavy lag.

I searched online and saw that changing the refresh rate to 60 Hz solved the issue for some users, so I tried it. It worked for a short time, but then the same problem started again even at 60 Hz.

To test it further, I entered training mode and there is no lag or slow motion there. However, in online matches and normal kickoff matches in career mode, I experience this issue.

I also lowered all graphics settings to the minimum, but the problem still persists.

My system specifications are:

RTX 4060 8 GB

Intel i5 processor

32 GB RAM

Windows 11

2 TB SSD + 500 GB SSD

Please help me with this issue.
