Fullbacks (LB/RB) stay back while attacking

i was using attacking wingback for my tactics but somehow the players wont stay up front, whenever the ball goes to the middle or the other side the attacking wingback++ just started sprinting towards my back line its so annoying that i have to trigger the run every f time, just made the attacking wingback role playing like in fc 25 plz ea
I have the same issue. I use 4-1-2-1-2(2) and my fullbacks are the only naturaly wide players, so i struggle to play out of defence when the RB/LB never push up or make runs.
