Fullbacks (LB/RB) stay back while attacking

The issue with offensive fullbacks has not been fixed. According to the patch notes, fullbacks should push higher up the pitch and not stay too deep, but this is still not happening.
When I set the instructions for attacking fullbacks, they do not move forward as intended. Instead, they stay in line with the back four, only making occasional forward runs.
Please re-check this issue, it was listed as resolved in the last patch, but it remains broken in gameplay.
