FUT store note working

Hello,

I posted about this a couple of days ago and made few comments on other posts with no response or updates. 

creating another post as im thinking the other post got lost or ignored by the EA team. Please see below:

My FC 26 account is stuck due to a broken Evolution item.

the game says “You have unassigned items”. Every time i try redeem the evolution item, it says “There was a problem connecting to the football ultimate team servers. please try again later.” 

Because of this, i cannot open packs for over 2 weeks. 

This happens on PS5 and Web App.

Please perform a server-side reset of my Evolutions / unassigned items
