FUTTIES Blueprint I Evolution missing from menus on Nintendo Switch

The "FUTTIES Blueprint I" evolution does not appear anywhere in my Ultimate Team menus. I have multiple eligible CAM cards in my club, but the evolution is completely missing from the "Available" tab.
