Future stars academy contract not received

dear EA, 

My Future Stars academy contract evolution has not been received nor has showed up on my account.

I would like to still get the chance to enjoy playing the game with all the functions, so is there any way I can get the chance to do the future stars academy contract evolution? Because I have not received it or the players that went along with the pack that some players did receive.

I have heard that it is an issue with a lot of players. Did others have this as well?
