Game breaking career mode bug - potential gone

Previous to the recent patch all players potential was displayed in different areas of the game, youth academy, team central or transfer market. After the patch the «potential sentence» is replaced with «contract already accepted». 

Scouting players now is pointless. 
And to add to this, why is the actual potential value/number only displayed on players out side our club??? The players that actually is in our team, we suddenly dont know anything about, quite unrealiatic.
