Gamepad input locked in 4 consecutive online matches. Video inside

Gamepad issue in online matches on PC. Controller works perfectly in menus and Squad Battles, but fails only when playing Div 6 Ultimate Team online:

What I'm seeing:

• Indicator changes from red to orange once match starts
• Complete input dead zone in-field
• All gamepad functions unresponsive during online play
• Happened 4 consecutive matches tonight

Video shows 3 separate instances.

Has anyone else experienced this? The fact it only happens online (not offline) suggests a server-side issue or input detection problem specific to Rivals/Ultimate Team.

It kills any desire to play this game especially when TOTS is on.
