Gauntlet Objective Tracking Issue, 3x2 Completed in 2 Entries

Hey,
I’m writing because I’ve encountered an issue with my objectives tracking. I play on the PC EA App Ultimate edition.

I won my first round 3/3. In the second round, I won two games, and in my last match, my opponent left at 0:0. That match counted toward the objectives but not the entry, and no goal was registered. To try and fix this, I intentionally left one game so that it would count toward the Gauntlet entry instead. After that, I played an extra game where my opponent left at 4:2 for me in the first half. This match again counted toward the objectives but not the entry, so I still have 12 entries.

When I checked my progress to see what was missing to earn all 10 rewards, I noticed that only 8 objectives were completed. The missing ones are “Score in 9 games” (6/9) and “Play 12 games” (7/12). Additionally, the “3x2” objective shows as completed incorrectly. Because of this, I can no longer complete all 10 objectives and claim the full rewards. I have attached one screenshots to show the completion of the 3x2 objective and one screenshot to show the completion of 8/8 objectives while only 2 entries were used. You can see the entries below the "Teilnahmen" text on the left side of the picture and the completed objectives below the "Abgeschlossene Aufgaben" text on the right side of the screenshot.

I’d really appreciate it if you could review my account and fix the progress or grant the missing rewards, since this situation was out of my control. It feels unfair to lose out because of an issue like this.
