Hello,

I’m experiencing a bug in EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team that is preventing me from accessing my rewards.

I had an issue with the Season Pass where I couldn’t claim rewards on PS5, but I was able to claim them through the mobile app. After that, an old Evolution item became stuck in the Store.

Now, every time I try to claim this Evolution, the game crashes and closes the Store, which prevents me from accessing and opening my packs.

Important details:

• Platform: PlayStation 5
• Mode: Ultimate Team
• Issue: Game crashes when trying to claim a stuck Evolution reward in the Store
• Result: I cannot access my packs because the Store closes

Please help fix or remove this bugged Evolution item from my account so I can access my rewards normally.
