Gold Bruno and Cucurella

When opening the gold XI starter pack from the Bafana Bafana SBC challenge, I packed the gold versions of Bruno Fernandes and Cucurella. Should these not have been TOTS?

Same happened to me last night, EA said they have had various reports of this issue. Still hoping they’ll grant the correct content
the pack specifically says gold rare only, no special cards, and it is also max 89.
The web app never specifies that it is exclusive gold or has an average rating limit.
