Gold player instead of TOTS
Hello, I opened the package today and I had Olise in there and he was gold, but he was supposed to be blue. Is there a way to fix this please?

Hey PizzaMonty, can I ask what pack was it that you opened and did it say that it could contain TOTS items in it?
It may simply be the case that the pack you opened did not include TOTS items.
You can also speak with our live support, should you need as they can review your account with you and see what should be given.

It was a pack that I bought with the icon pack that you guys were giving away for free on the Store and it even cost me money and I don't know why. It should have been TOTS for sure.
Nothing like this has ever happened to me, but this is about the third time this year that I've been hurt.
