my hero pack sqaid 86+ in my native language of french, however once i opened this i recieved an 85 which is not what the description said and is a lie

I made Ultimate Team Hero SBC but there is a bug in French. I want compensation for the hero pack.
I opened my hero pack in French and now I have an 85 when it said 86+ I want compensation.

i think there's a problem with the hero pack, i opened it, wich was described as a hero pack 86+ in french but i found howard 85, i hope i will get back all the credits i spent and players i used for the sbc thinking it would have been a worth sbc
