hero pack

Was going to complete 86+ as that’s what it showed in French my native language, but I read that it actually was only giving up to 86 rated hero’s and that French was bugged. Is there compensation I can receive for this? 

I did the hero SBC in native language French and got Scott

actually its max 86 hero pack :D i've got 85 as well but doumbia 500k :D no problemo :D

I opend my hero pack on the web app mines in french it clearly stated it would be 86plus so I proceeded to put some of my best players in for this opportunity at a great hero I then proceeded to get an 85 rated card I feel like I'm owed either my players back or the actual pack I put my cards in for

Amazing all these french players on an English forum isn't it cos Gregg and jack are definitely french , lol, this endless clamour for compensation every two minutes is laughable
