I can't see "global limits" packs in fc ultimate team.

It has been 10 days I can't see global limits pack in game. I can see promo packs, classic packs etc but not global limits packs. I talked with ea chat but they directed me to here. I checked my game time settings, my packs and fc points are limitless. So we couldn't find the solution. You can see my settings from screen shots. "SINIRSIZ" means limitless in Turkish.
