I did not receive my 1,600 FP

I spent 13.49 on 1,600 fc points. i got them on the ps store app on my phone. did not receive the points in game but was charged, am able to provide receipts if needed

Hey lilolo6​,

Could you quickly check your transaction history to make sure that you bought FC 26 points and not FC 25 points by accident?

    oh no - i accidentally did fc 24. is there anything i can do? i’m kinda low on money and really needed the points💔

      Unfortunately there's no way to transfer FC 24 points to FC 26. You might be able to arrange a refund if you reach out to your retailer, but other than that I can only recommend that you're more careful in the future.
