FC26 Player Needing Help Regarding Game-Breaking Bugs

I am a PlayStation 5 player of FC 26. I first tried the game when FC 24 was free on PS5, which left me with a great impression of the FIFA/FC franchise, so I pre-ordered FC 26 right after its release as my first official full-purchase entry in the series.

However, the actual gaming experience has been completely ruined by countless unacceptable game-breaking bugs. Earlier, I purchased the Premium Season Pass mid-season, but I was unable to collect all of its rewards. Then yesterday, something even worse happened: I spent a total of 700,000 coins on multiple stacked evolutions for my gold card De Jong, upgrading him to a 92-rated three-evolution elite card.

But on the FC 26 Web App, this card is only filtered and displayed as an 87-rated unevolved version. Even during the SBC submission process, it still showed the 87 rating and the original unevolved card appearance. This display bug led me to misjudge the card’s actual rating, and I accidentally sacrificed my best player in the squad  As a first-time pre-ordering and paying player, I absolutely cannot accept this outcome. I have already submitted an appeal to customer support, but I have received no response at all. I’m extremely disappointed — this loss is entirely caused by the game’s search and display glitches, yet the support team is ignoring my request.

Is there any fellow player who can help me? I would be so grateful for any advice or help!
