Intro to Training Camp Evos II bug

Hi everyone!
I’m trying to add a player to the Training Camp Evolution: Intro to Training Camp Evos II, but the game won’t let me.

The player meets all the requirements — he has an 81 overall rating (the max allowed is 82) and 3 playstyles (the max allowed is 3).

I really wanted to evolve him because he’s from my country and used to play for my favorite team, but for some reason, the evolution option stays locked.
