Isco's character model is completely wrong

Isco's character model is just completely wrong, its a whole different person and doesn't look anything like him, if anyone knows why please tell me. I just wanted to use my favorite player and its a whole different person.

Same for me. I've already made a topic about it.. i was waited months to make an usuable player with EVO-s and now completly different charather. How can we get feedback from ea whats the problem?
