Issues claiming an evolution in ultimate team

When I try to claim it on the unassigned section, it says there was an issue and it doesn’t let me claim it, I have tried on the companion app and on ps5. I can’t open packs because of this so I cannot progress in game. Nothing I have tried has worked. I have had this issue for a while now, it has been impossible to fix.
