Whenever i try to login on the companion app, I get stuck on the screen where you can tap on the login button and then when i tap on the login button it becomes gray for a few seconds and than turns ...

Both iPad and Iphone has this same issue. Uninstall the app reinstall, works for awhile, then nothing.
I can use safari to use the companion app, but it asked me to log in all the time, also I need a code from my phone or email like I’ve just used a new device.
Any update on this issue as I’m having same issue
