login unavailable in ultimate team web app or mobile companion

Hello, I cannot connect either via Ultimate team web app or Mobile Companion on IOS21.
I received correctly the code on my iPhone after login, and then I receive the error Login Unavailable (see enclosed printscreens).
Same error on my iPhone or on my PC.
This year I bought FC26 via Luna platform (2 days ago).
