Good evening EA,
Since January update I've lost all commentary prior and during game play, I can see thise issue has been reported previously with no real update.
I've gone through audio setting and reset and changed but still issue is present.

Community ManagerHey there. What is your audio set to? Stereo or surround? If it's on surround and you don't have a 5.1 or 7.1 system, you won't hear the commentary since it plays out of the center speaker. In that case, set your audio to stereo and you should hear it again.
PlayStation audio set to TV 5.1, Game audio is set to max volume 10, still no commentary prior or during game play I can send photos & Video as evidence.
Community ManagerDo you have a home theater system to match the 5.1 setting? If not, change your audio to stereo and you should hear the commentary again.
No havent got any home theater system, just TV I've looked and haven't got the option to change to stereo all other options are greyed out. I've just carried out latest update and still no commentray before or during game play
Community ManagerWhat platform are you playing on? You should check the device audio settings as well as the in-game settings.
