I unlocked Lothar Matthäus via the season pass to have him in manager career mode (he's in the same unlock tier as Riquelme, Van der Sar, Chiellini, etc.). Unlike the others mentioned, he's still locked. Therefore, I can't select him for a manager career.
Could you please fix this problem? I already had this issue with the previous season pass when I unlocked Kaká; Socrates didn't unlock either.

I have the same issue, he was part of the unlockables for level 13 but i only got Brolin, Riquelme, Van Der Sar and Chiellini. Rooney was also part of season 3 with Drogba but he's also not there, Figo was also removed.

The problem is still not fixed. I've unlocked level 19... And the same thing is happening with Gullit now. So, Matthaus and Gullit are still inaccessible in manager career mode, even though I unlocked them both through the season pass... I really hope EA fixes this issue. Thank you.

Also, still havent fixed the Veron, Torres etc bug where you can only use them on initial squads.
Also, still havent fixed the Live Manager Career bug where everyone has black boots that cant be changed.

Does anyone know why it isn't possible to put the icons on teams other than your own?
They did the same with Michel Salgado but then with the most recent squad update he was unlocked, maybe they'll be usable with the next squad update
Number 2 especially..is unacceptable. Lazy and careless.
And Rooney was advertised in Season 3. The Reward was shown when reaching Level 19 but Never appeared in Career Mode.

Same for me. I play on PS5. Gullit and Matthäus from Season 4, despite being unlocked, are impossible to select in Career Mode. Rooney from Season 3, despite being unlocked, is completely unavailable/invisible in Career Mode. Do something about this ffs.
Raised 2 tickets. Both closed by EA's bot team saying I am not entitled to any further rewards and the isse was "Fixed".
Genuinely a useless greedy trainwreck of a company.
The same is happening with Mathaus and Gullit in season 4, and Fernando Torres in previous seasons. EA is not answering, or they fix it soon, or they will reimburse our money back for breaching the legal contract.
I am also having the same issue Gullit, mattaus and Rooney unplayable in career mode dispute paying all this money and unlocking them in season pass. Has EA announced a fix?
