Manager career mode youth bug

Hi since you’ve done the latest patch I now get a message come up saying “Contract already accepted” in the top right hand corner of the screen when you try to sign a youth player from the scout report. 

This would usually give you their status as in has potential to be special etc. NOTE: it also does the same when you search for players in the transfer market. please can you fix this it’s really annoying.
