Missing Ea Fc 26 pre season pack objective packs from ea fc 25

I've completed all the ea fc 25 objectives for the ea fc 26 packs but i've still haven't gotten nothing, it's been one month since the game released and we still haven't recived anything. On the previous ea fc the pre season objectives were given 1 week max after the game released but in this ea fc we still haven't gotten anything. I hope we can highlight this problem so that our packs will be delivered.
