Missing Guaranteed Time Warp Cards After Pack Purchase

Hello EA Support Team,

I would like to report a bug related to a pack purchase in EA FC 26.

After purchasing a pack that was advertised as containing two guaranteed Time Warp cards, I did not receive any of the guaranteed Time Warp items. Instead, I received two Player of the Week cards, which does not match the pack description.

This appears to be an error, as the contents of the pack did not correspond to what was guaranteed at the time of purchase. I kindly ask you to investigate this issue and either grant the missing Time Warp cards or provide appropriate compensation.
