Missing Gullit 73 in Time Traveler

Hello,

When I open Evolution via the player menu, I have the option to Evolve Gullit in the "Training Camp" menu, but it needs to be done via the app, but Gullit doesn't offer it to me in the app. What about that?

    I still cannot add him to the evo. I have scrolled back and forth numerous times and it does not work
